With more than 30 years of experience as a barrister, corporate lawyer, non-governmental activist, and academic, Brendan's passion lies in confronting issues of human rights, trade and environment, legal pluralism and intellectual property. Holding dual Irish and Peruvian nationality, he has travelled the world collaborating with multiple Indigenous communities from the Amazon to Oceania.
